Pricing questions
Why does the free version have ads?
Ads help keep Traqeet free. They are light: a banner at the bottom of two screens and an occasional native ad in long lists. We never show ads while you add or edit a service, on onboarding or on the paywall, and they never block a reminder. Pro removes them.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Pro has a 7-day free trial through the App Store or Google Play. If you do not cancel before it ends, the store charges you. Traqeet itself also has a free-trial guard to remind you about the trials you sign up for elsewhere.
How do I cancel Pro?
Pro is billed by Apple or Google, so you cancel in your store subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Deleting the app or your Traqeet account does not cancel it. Step-by-step instructions are on the delete account page.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for Pro are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their own policies. We cannot refund store purchases ourselves, but our support team will point you the right way.
Which currency are prices in?
Prices on this page are shown in USD, the default currency. Local prices, including naira, are set per country in each store, so what you pay may differ. Inside the app you can change your default currency at any time, and each service keeps its own currency.
What happens to my data if I stay on Free or cancel Pro?
Your subscriptions stay on your phone either way. If you cancel Pro, you keep your data, but Pro-only features such as cloud backup and sync stop and Free limits apply again. You can export your data and delete your account whenever you like.
What data do you collect?
Traqeet works offline and stores your list on your device first. We never store your passwords or full card numbers, and we never read your SMS or email. Read the Privacy Policy for the details.
Will the price change?
Launch pricing is subject to change. Founding members will be told the details before anything is charged, and a price you have already agreed to will not change mid-period.
