Delete your account
You can delete your Traqeet account and data at any time, from the app or right here without signing in.
Draft for legal review. This page describes how Traqeet is designed to work at launch, including features that are not live yet. A lawyer must review it before the app and website go public.
Delete from inside the app
- Open Traqeet and go to Settings > Account > Delete account.
- Read the summary and confirm.
- Your account and synced data are removed from our servers. Data on your phone stays until you clear it; Settings also has a “delete local data” option.
Cancel paid subscriptions first
Deleting your account does not cancel a Pro subscription bought through a store. Cancel it first so you are not charged again:
- iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Traqeet > Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Traqeet > Cancel subscription.
Request deletion without the app
You do not need to sign in. Enter the email address of your account and we will send a confirmation link.

What is deleted and what is kept
